- You did not receive the download link or experienced technical issues preventing access.
- The product description was misleading or significantly different from what was delivered.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Instant digital downloads (all purchases are final upon access).

- Discounted or sale items (including promotional offers).
- Gift cards or store credits.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products. If you wish to purchase a different product, a refund request must be submitted first (if applicable), and a separate purchase will be required.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. However, this does not apply once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
